Welcome to 360 Cab Service. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

360 Cab Service provides transportation services including local rides, airport transfers, outstation trips, and corporate travel. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must include accurate pickup and drop details
• Pricing is shared before confirmation
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or waiting time

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Bookings made with 360 Cab Service can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled journey.
• No cancellation charges apply if cancelled within the allowed time.
• If the taxi has already arrived at the pickup location, a ₹300 cancellation fee must be paid to the driver.

Customers can also request changes to their booking, including pickup time, vehicle type, or destination.

• Modifications must be requested at least 8 hours before the pickup time.
• No changes will be accepted within 8 hours of the scheduled journey.
• Changes in vehicle type are subject to availability.

If a customer does not show up at the scheduled time without prior notice (within 8 hours), it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

For cancellations or modifications, customers must contact our support team and provide their booking ID.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide correct contact and location details
• Maintain proper behavior during the ride
• Do not misuse or damage the vehicle

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

We ensure professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

360 Cab Service is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or indirect damages caused due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
